Pricing: All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Orders: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email.

Returns & Refunds: In accordance with the CPA Section 56:

• You may return defective goods within 6 months of purchase for a repair, replacement, or refund.
• Perishable goods and opened personal wellness products may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons, except where defective.
• For online purchases, you have a right to cancel within 5 business days of receiving goods (cooling-off period) in terms of Section 44 of the ECT Act, provided goods are returned in original, unopened condition.

Delivery: Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

In compliance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002:

• Electronic contracts concluded on this website are valid and binding in terms of South African law.

Our Loyalty Programme allows customers to earn and redeem points on qualifying purchases. Key terms:

• Points have no cash value and may not be transferred or sold
• Points may be adjusted, suspended, or cancelled at our discretion
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Loyalty Programme with reasonable notice
• Points earned fraudulently will be forfeited and accounts may be closed

• Attendance is voluntary and at your own risk
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including the Gatherings Act 205 of 1993
• Public consumption of cannabis at any event remains unlawful and prohibited
• Green Gorilla Lifestyle is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage suffered at events
• Event details, dates, and locations are subject to change

• The parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation within 30 days
• If negotiation fails, either party may refer the dispute to mediation
• If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa
• Consumers may also refer disputes to the National Consumer Commission or Consumer Goods and Services Ombud in terms of the CPA

You irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, Johannesburg.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under South African law, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
